## Odluka

Izgraden je novi custom staticki web za `caffe-bar-kosi-toranj.rijeka.online` jer poslovanje nema potvrdenu sluzbenu web stranicu. Pronadena je Localoria stranica, ali izgleda kao genericki/nepreuzeti direktorijski profil, ne kao owner-controlled site. Novi web je objektivno korisniji kao lokalni landing: odmah daje poziv, mapu, Instagram, radno vrijeme, provjerene cinjenice, HR/EN prijevod i mobilni sticky CTA bez formulara koji glume direktan kontakt.

### New site improvements

- Croatian-first with English translation in-place.
- First viewport contains direct phone, route and trust signals.
- Mobile sticky CTA keeps call/map/Instagram reachable while scrolling.
- Source accuracy is stricter: no unconfirmed email, no unsupported booking/menu claims, and no invented offers.
- Information architecture is shorter and more conversion-focused than the directory page: place, visit rhythm, hours, contact.
- Visual hierarchy is custom to the location beside Kosi toranj, using attributed public CC imagery and clear notes that images are not official venue assets.
- Interaction quality is better for a simple landing page: language toggle, visit rhythm tabs, image lightbox, highlighted current day.

No official local image folder was present. Images are public Wikimedia Commons assets showing the landmark/Rijeka context, downloaded into `assets/images/` and attributed above. They should not be presented as official venue photography.
